If you prefer a friendly and motivational approach to your personal fitness, and need to feel that you have someone exercise WITH you and not simply barking orders at you... you're in the right place.
 

Marie will spend time with you initially learning about you as a person and understanding your goals.

Then she will devise an appropriate progressive exercise plan for you... AND DO IT WITH YOU!

You'll have the tools you need to get on with it alone, and be able to meet up with Marie as regularly as you need.
